The club hosts monthly meetings on the first Monday from September through June, except January*. When a holiday falls on that Monday, such as Labor Day, then the meeting is held the following Monday. In the event of inclement weather, we follow Omaha Public Schools’ closures.
Meetings are held at Maple Ridge Retirement Community, 3525 N 167th Cir, Omaha, NE 68116. (Be sure to check a map before setting out – it can be tricky to navigate that area.) Meetings feature a speaker, club business and refreshments. All attendees are eligible to win the drawing for a $10 prize.
*In January, we hold a special Annual Meeting, which is a dinner meeting installing new club officers and recognizing our “Walker of the Year”.
